Please contact us at support@nimblefold.com within 3 days of delivery, and return the item within 7 days after confirmation. Once inspected by our warehouse, we will provide a full refund (including shipping fees) or a replacement.
-Quality-Related Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For quality-related returns confirmed by our warehouse, we will issue a full refund (including shipping fees) or provide a replacement.
-Non-Quality Related Returns
For non-quality related returns, we will refund the product cost only.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees (including the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee).

2. Pre-approval Required
You must first contact us at support@nimblefold.com before sending back any items.
⚠️ Do not send products back to our company’s office address. Unauthorized returns or shipments sent to the wrong address cannot be processed, and all related costs will be borne by you.
3. Condition of Returned & Replacement Items
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Customized products (unless due to our error) products are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or abnormal use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Return Shipping Costs
-Customers must initially cover return shipping fees.
-If the return is due to a quality issue, we will refund the full amount including shipping.
-For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees (including the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee), and also responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.
5. High-Value Returns
If the item value is over GBP 35, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
6. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
We will happily help you process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned to us unused, in its original condition with the packaging intact. Please reach out to support@nimblefold.com for assistance.
For returning original items, please initiate the return process within 7 days after receiving the product. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Additionally, customers will be responsible for the postage fees of the replacement parcel.

Quality issues: If we confirm it’s a quality problem, we’ll refund the full amount, including all shipping fees.
Non-quality issues: You’ll need to cover all shipping costs—including the original delivery and return shipping—and are also responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit.
